The weather here in southern Alaska has been so WeIrD lately! 2 weeks ago it was in the negative temps and then last week it was raining for a good part of the week. Our snow just isn't any good for making snowmen...so the Gingerbread Friends got creative when they wanted to play with snow!
We are learning how to tell time right now (to the hour and half hour) and we did a FUN activity I called a 'Clock Hunt'. I got the idea from a 'Doubles Hunt' I recently got from TPT (Learning Through Play UK). Students looks for clocks hidden all around the room and record the letter on each one because they use the letters to solve a secret message.
Completing her secret code with the information from the hunt.

Love the clock hunt idea, but I don't see the 10 clocks included in the freebie.
ReplyDeleteWhoops, thanks Tiffany for catching that! I just re-uploaded a correct version of the file (with the clocks). Sorry about that!
